• Cooperate on preparing the final budget documentation and plans 
  
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine extent of service and equipment required 
  
• Arrange for maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of facilities as specified in the operating procedures
  
• Contract for services as described within the operating budget, management plan and/or management services agreement. 
  
• Work close together with the Sourcing Manager
  
• Comunicate and deal with contractors and vendors
  
• Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and Safety guidelines
  
• Accountable for ensuring that planned maintenance activities are carried out
  
• Provide regular reports to line manager regarding all engineering team activity
  

• University Degree/ secondary education in Engineering or other technical field)
  
• Min. 3 years experience on similar position (adventage Chemical Industry Environment )
  
• Mechanical and electrical engineering experience, preventative maintenance experience
  
• excellent English and Czech
  
• PC skilles
  
• Strong communication skilles, team player, flexible
